Engagement Terms
Project scope, timelines and pricing are confirmed in a written proposal or quote before work begins. Changes to scope after approval may affect timeline and cost.
Payments
Projects are typically billed with an upfront deposit and milestone-based payments, as agreed per project. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of custom code developed specifically for your project transfers to you. Reusable internal tools, libraries and frameworks remain the property of PC Key Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Limitation of Liability
PC Key Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of delivered software or websites, to the extent permitted by law.
